I had always wanted to try reformer Pilates but was intimidated and nervous I wouldn't be able to do it. From the moment I first stood up on the reformer or did "feet in straps" – Jamie was my biggest encourager, she takes the time to show each move and any modifications. She makes Pilates so fun and I always leave class feeling stronger and empowered! Her playlists are the best too!

I started taking reformer Pilates classes a few years ago with Jamie. She is positive, personable, & very knowledgeable! She gives the class clear cues on what to do with each move. Each class is different which makes it fun & not repetitive. Even if you have an injury, she gives alternate moves to do. I leave the class feeling fulfilled, stronger, & less stressed!

Jamie is truly one of a kind. Her classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun—she pushed me in the best way while teaching me so much about my body. I always left class feeling stronger, more confident, and honestly happier. Jamie's classes are the reason I fell in love with Pilates but specifically the reformer. She brings so much joy and energy to every class that I found myself going 6 times a week without hesitation—it was completely worth it. You improve physically but mentally, you find genuine friendship and community.

I've been taking Jamie's Pilates classes for about a year now, and I'm honestly so excited for her opening Pumpkin Pilates (still not over how cute that name is 🎃). Her classes will humble you real quick, but in the best way. One minute she's cracking jokes and hyping you up, the next your entire core is questioning its life choices. But somehow she makes it fun, and you leave feeling way better than when you walked in. She's also just one of those people you genuinely look forward to seeing every week. Somewhere along the way she stopped feeling like just a teacher and started feeling like a friend. If you're thinking about trying a class, just do it. You'll laugh, you'll shake, and you'll definitely feel it the next day.
